PETFOOD & YOUR RIGHTS
4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd believes that the Pet Food they produce is what is known as a perishable food product.
As it is a perishable product then as soon as it is opened it can no longer be provided to anyone else by the nature of the goods in question, as such The Distance Selling Regulations do not provide you with a cancellation procedure without the agreement of 4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd, as such when you place an order with 4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd, it is your duty to make sure you are fully aware of this rule and are fully in agreement with the terms and conditions when placing an order for the pet food product.
If the product is faulty i.e. off upon opening the product, or out of date upon receiving the product, then we will fully comply without question your rights to return the product under The Distance Selling Regulations, also under The Sale Of Goods Act 1979 and provide you with either a replacement product or refund, however, it is your duty to notify us and return the product according to our terms and conditions, if we whole heartedly agree upon receiving your return that it is our fault we will also refund your postage costs to you, as per out terms and conditions.
If we find that after testing the return product that it has been tampered with and is not a batch fault, then 4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred from the original order placed by you too the testing of the product, also 4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd reserve the right to pursue any course of action they deem fit to ensure the company is not brought into disrepute, which may include criminal proceedings.
Please Note:
Where a damage inspection is needed for perishable goods, please take and keep a photograph of the product at the time of arrival for inspection.
