4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd is normally open between 10am – 5pm Mon – Fri only.

Please allow three (3) working days for delivery, we do not deliver at weekends, below are our delivery guidelines.

We normally despatch your order within two working days after receiving authorised cleared funds, if there is a delay for any reason, you will be contacted by us as soon as we are aware of any problems.
LATE DELIVERY
If you have not received your order within 5 working days then please contact use either by our contact form (hyperlink), or by telephone on 08447 401605 (Hrs open are normally 10am – 5pm Mon – Fri).

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY COSTS
UK Mainland* pet food customer orders of 15KG+ upto 30KG are sent Free of Charge!
*Free Delivery all of Mainland England and Wales also some areas of Scotland (DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, KY, FK, PH1-11, PA1-19, AB10, 11-12, 15-16, 24-25 only)

For potential customers in the above postcodes it is advisable to contact us too order more than one bag of pet food at a time! so we can arrange individual delivery arrangements!

The delivery charges are per pet food order.
Business Post delivery is generally Monday to Friday and normally requires a signature upon delivery. If you require your order to be left with a neighbour, please leave a signed declaration on your door for the courier driver and put this on the order request form.
Other option is to have your order delivered to your work address, if you cannot guarantee anyone to be in for delivery of your order.
WEEKEND DELIVERIES
Please note that we do not deliver pet food at present on either Saturday or Sunday.
POSTAL STRIKES & DELAYS
4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd pet food orders are not affected by postal delays or strikes as we currently utilise a courier service called Business Post, however, other non order material is sent by Royal Mail and as such may be affected by delays or postal strikes.
FAST TRACK ORDERS
Unfortunately we cannot upgrade any pet food orders to a weekend or next day delivery, as Business Post can only deliver on a working day.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
You have the ability when placing your pet food order online to leave any delivery instructions for us, however, if you didn’t and you are not in when your order has been attempted by Business Post will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK

SIGNED FOR SAFE AND/OR DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
Our courier Business Post will normally require you to sign for your order, before signing you agree to inspect your order for any damage or faults, if you haven’t inspected your order prior to signing for the safe delivery of your order then please make sure you write not checked when signing for your order.
If you accept the order and seen the order is damaged or faulty upon delivery please write stating order damaged or faulty when signing for your order.
If you accept your order by signing for it and not done any of the above when signing for the order, 4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd cannot and will not be held liable for any claim arising from your order, however, 4Paws Pet Food & Supplies Ltd will always investigate any issue you may have and will try their utmost to satisfactorily rectify the issue for both parties.
RETURNS POLICY
4Pawspetfood strive to make sure you get the service you deserve as a valued customer and as such in the unlikely event of you requiring to return your order to us at 4Pawspetfood, please email us initially within 7 (seven) days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will try to rectify any issue you have accordingly but if your order has to be returned then you will be required to send the order at your own cost, you must also return the order within 7 (seven) days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please take note that all returned orders must be looked after with care and in its original unused state (unless faulty or damaged if arrived in that state) including all original packaging and any promotional material sent with the order, within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order being received by you, for your convenience we recommend that you utilise a recorded delivery service when returning your order to us.
If you are in the unfortunate position for some unforeseen reason that your order is damaged or faulty then please also include a written explanation of the fault or damage, with your order number and make sure it is securely wrapped.
You should be aware that once we accept the order and/or begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, banking charges and the administration and labour incurred).
Should any order that is returned back to us in a condition which we deem that has been used, we will be unable to accept your request to cancel or for a refund unless the item arrived damaged to you or it is proved to be faulty by our returns department.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights; any authorised refunds will be made within approximately 30 days from our agreement of return and in accordance to our terms and conditions.
Of course you are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent usage of your credit/debit card has occurred by another person unauthorised to do so on your behalf or as your agent and as such to be re-credited by us to the extent that any such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. If this does happen you will be required to return our product at your own cost if the order was delivered to you, if this is not done then we will access our right to charge and pursue for the cost of our product/service and your usage of our product and service.

BREEDER/TRADE/EXPORT DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMESCALES
If you are a potential breeder, trade or export customer of 4Paws Petfood & Supplies Ltd, then initial enquiry with regards to pricing, delivery & timescales should be done via this contact form , please be aware that 4Paws Petfood & Supplies Ltd, have a strict policy that all purchases from breeders, trade or exporters is made by bank transfer within 48 hrs of date of ordering, upon which we will produce and dispatch the goods as in agreement between both parties.
(We do it this way to reduce the financial burden on the company to enable us to maintain consistent product supply and service to the consumer).
