Our principles:
4Paws Pet food and any of its subsidiaries recognise that we must integrate our business values, expectations and operations to meet the needs of our stakeholders. Our stakeholder’s include customers, employees, regulators, investors, suppliers, the community and the environment.
4Paws Pet food believes our social, economic and environmental responsibilities to these stakeholders are paramount to our business.
We welcome and take seriously all feedback that we receive from our stakeholders and are happy to have open dialogue if required to ensure that we fulfil the requirements outlined within this policy.

The Joint Managing Directors are responsible for the implementation of this policy and will make the necessary resources available to enable all employees to have the ability to ensure we perform our policy to our utmost to realise our responsibilities are exceeded.

We will engage with local communities, charities and any other organisation we believe to be suitable for mutual benefit, this may include encouraging employees to help with community organisations and activities in our region
We will register and resolve customer complaints in accordance with our published standards of service

Our contracts will clearly set out the agreed terms, conditions and the basis of our relationship and to make sure we operate a policy to safeguard our business from unfair business practices, we will also encourage partners to adopt business practices for mutual benefit.
